• Booking details such as the event, party size, and any notes you provide.
• Payment confirmation details returned by our payment processor (transaction reference, card brand, and the last four digits of the card). We never see or store your full card number.
• Basic technical data such as your IP address and anonymous page-view counts, used for security and to understand which events are popular.

How we use your information

• To create and manage your registration or reservation.
• To process payments and issue tickets.
• To deliver your tickets and a payment receipt by WhatsApp and/or email.
• To contact you about your booking, including changes or cancellations.
• To prevent fraud and abuse and to keep our service secure.

Payments

Card payments are processed securely by Lahza, our payment gateway. Your card details are entered on Lahza’s secure checkout and are never collected or stored on our website.

Service providers we share data with

We share the minimum data necessary with trusted providers that help us operate the service:

• Lahza — payment processing.
• Supabase — secure database hosting for your booking records.
• Twilio — WhatsApp delivery of tickets and confirmations.
• Our email provider — sending receipts and confirmations.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Data retention

We keep booking and transaction records for as long as necessary to provide the service and to meet our legal, accounting, and tax obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
