Refunds & Cancellation

This policy explains how tickets are delivered and how refunds and cancellations are handled for bookings made with Regalo Venue(“Regalo Venue”).
How tickets are delivered
All tickets are digital. After your payment is confirmed, your tickets are issued immediately and delivered by WhatsApp and/or email, and are available to download as a QR ticket from your confirmation page. Because tickets are delivered electronically, there is no physical shipping and no delivery charge.
Customer cancellations and refunds
If you need to cancel a confirmed booking, contact us at Info@regalo.ps with your order reference. Refund eligibility:
- Within 3 days of purchase or booking confirmation: full refund.
- After 3 days, or no-shows: no refund.
Cancellation requests must be received within this 3-day window. Some events may be marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase; this is stated clearly on the event page before you pay.
If we cancel or reschedule
If we cancel an event, you will receive a full refund. If we reschedule, your ticket remains valid for the new date; if you cannot attend the new date you may request a full refund.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment card through our payment processor, Lahza. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, though the time for funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
